At the beginning of our journey as tutors, it has been evident that we still lacked the resources to benefit our students the way we should, yet even fewer resources to assist students with handicaps. That was the reason why we founded Success Academy and became the only tutoring company in Quebec to train their tutors in high performing groups, lead by education experts such a Teachers, Orthopedagogues and Neuropsychologists. As a result, our tutors are fully equipped, allowing them to offer a superior tutoring experience, anywhere in the province!

The majority of people think that tutoring is a way of helping other people. However, I believe that tutoring is a way to help ourselves. Over the years in the tutoring world, I learned lessons that ultimately led me to become a better tutor. As the co-founder, I pride myself in transfering this knowledge to my team, making an important impact in the social and academic lives of our students. With Success Academy, our mission is to transfer this knowledge to our tutors, creating a bright community of mentors who will in return, inspire and help their students to carry on the legacy.
LIVIU DANILA
The gratification I get when I see my students perform is a truly unique feeling. Tutoring for me is a vocation, and that’s why leading a team of passionate tutors who can change the lives of our youth is my mission. A better world starts with an accessible and powerful education to everyone, and that’s why Success Academy prides itself in assisting our students to excel academically, reaching the career of their dreams!
EDOUARD WAKIM
When I started tutoring, I helped my first student transcend from a discouraged and despairing state to an exemplary student. His situation wasn’t unique. He suffered from an attention deficit disorder and was a complete stranger with the techniques to adapt to his disorder. Thousands of students in Quebec are in a similar situation, and that was a turning point for me to join Success Academy. I found a powerful initiative in training tutors, equipping them with tools critical to assist and support children with learning disabilities.

Every student learns differently, it’s what makes them special, and so as the director of Innovation in Success Academy, I take the responsibility to build this company on a constant spirit of innovation, adaptability and technology, to ensure that every experience maximizes the potential of every student. This mission, built upon values of development, achievements and improvement, animates the culture of Success Academy, for the students, but also the tutors.
